Abstract:

This research was carried out with the aim of determining the level of teachers’ organizational justice and effective school perception and the relationship between them. The study has sought to determine whether the opinions of teachers show significant differences in terms of some demographic variables. The universe of research designed in the relational scan model consists of teachers who work in the Edremit district of Van Province. 245 teachers in 21 schools, selected by the simple, unselected sample method from the universe, are the research sample. The Organizational Justice Scale and the Effective School Scale have been used to collect data. Imaginary statistical analysis of the data collected. The findings of the research were studied by gender, civil status, vocational status and the school stage variables in which teachers were employed and determined whether there were significant differences according to which independent variables and expressed in tables. The study found that teachers’ organizational justice and effective school perceptions have significant relationships in a positive direction at different levels in all subdimensions. The distribution, process and interactive subdimensions of teachers’ organizational justice perceptions describe 34% of the total variance of the effective school. The results of the research suggest that the research is supported by quality research in order to better understand the facts.
