Teknolojinin hızla yayılması, köyden kente olan göçler ve oku ryazarlık oranının artması ağızlardaki pek çok kelimenin ve dil yapılarının yok olmasına sebep olmaktadır. Ağız çalışmaları dil araştırmalarında büyük bir öneme sahiptir Türkiye’deki ilk ağız araştırmaları 19. yüzyıla kadar uzansa da asıl çalışmalar Türk Dil Kurumunun kurulmasıyla başlamış ve zaman içinde 12 cildi bulan Derleme Sözlüğü oluşturulmuştur. Fakat bu sözlükte de eksiklikler ve hatalar bulunmaktadır. Bu eksiklik ve hataların giderilmesi için de derlemeler yapılması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Giresun ili Eynesil ilçesinde tespit edilen Derleme Sözlüğü’nde ve ölçünlü Türkçede bulunmayan kelimeler, deyimler, ikilemeler ve atasözleri yer almaktadır. Çalışmada yer alan kelimelerin bazılarının Derleme Sözlüğü’nde olmadığı, bazılarının da Giresun ağzı içinde gösterilmediği tespit edilmiştir. Derlemeler ilçenin değişik yerlerinden yapılmıştır. Derleme yapılırken daha çok orta yaşın üstünde okuma yazma bilmeyen kadınlar ve ilçe dışında uzun süre yaşamamış olan kişiler tercih edilmiştir. Çalışma sonunda derleme sözlüğünde olmayan 21 kelime, 8 deyim, 5 ikileme ve 2 atasözü tespit edilmiş ve anlamlandırılmıştır. Tespit edilen kelime ve deyimler derleme sözlüğünde olup olmamasına ve Giresun ağzında gösterilip gösterilmemesine göre sınıflandırılmıştır.
The rapid spread of technology, the migration from village to city and the increase in literacy rates lead to the disappearance of many words and language structures in the dialects. Studies of dialects in language research have a great importance. Although the first dialect research studies in Turkey goes back to the 19th century, actual studies began with the establishment of the Turkish Language Institution and 12 volumes of the Compilation Dictionary were produced. However, there are deficiencies and errors in this dictionary. In order to eliminate these deficiencies and errors, new compilations should be made. In this study, the words, idioms, reduplications and proverbs found in Eynesil district of Giresun province and that not registered in the Compilation Dictionary and in the standard Turkish are included. It was found that some of the words in the study were not in the Compilation Dictionary and some of them were not shown under the dialects of Giresun. Compilations were made from different parts of the district. Compilation was mostly made up of middle-aged women who were illiterate and those who had not lived outside the district for a long time. At the end of the study, 20 words, 8 idioms, 5 reduplications and 2 proverbs which were not in the Compilation Dictionary were identified and described. The identified words and phrases are classified according to whether they are in the compilation dictionary and displayed in the dialects of Giresun or not.
