Abstract:

When the mobile applications used for restaurant are examined, it is clear that they perform different services from each other. Some apps offer facilitating services for restaurant business management, while some provide services for customers and products. Once again, some apps offer services exclusively for one restaurant, while some cover all restaurants. The preliminary review found that a mobile application that covers all services in restaurants was required. The aim of this study is to develop a multifunctional mobile application recommendation that will be able to address all restaurant management and customers, to provide them with all the services, and to measure the attitudes of users towards this recommendation. In this direction, a mobile application proposal was created with the aim of conducting a literary study, taking the expert opinion from software experts and academics. In this study, the quality research method was preferred, the sample technique was used in the selection of participants. The data is collected using semi-configured interviews and focus group interviews techniques and the visual analysis is made. The attitudes of both restaurant managers and customers against this application recommendation have been measured and the recommended application has been determined to be positive.  This study was translated into the article by compilating from the master's thesis approved by A.
