Abstract:

This study aims to determine the levels of mental well-being, self-respect, critical thinking attitudes of health management students and identify the relationship between these variables. The universe of research constitutes the first and second teachings of first, second, third and fourth-class students who are studying at the Department of Health Management of the University of Suleyman Demirel. The study was conducted by 320 students. The research has found that health management students have a critical thinking attitude in general, their self-esteem and high levels of spiritual well-being. The health management department, which is expected to be involved in the hospital management in the future, will provide significant advantages compared to other individuals that students have these qualifications. It is also among the outstanding outcomes in the study that there is a negative relationship between the sub-dimensional and the sub-dimensional of proof-based decision making; the positive between the critical thinking attitude of self-respect; the negative meaningful relationship between the sub-dimensional and the sub-dimensional of self-respect.
