Abstract:

The main problem of the research is the study of the factors affecting the adoption by users of blockchain technology, one of the new technologies, in the framework of the established model. The model has been established to study the technology acceptance model (TKM) which is often used in the adoption of new technologies and the sensed confidence, sensed risk and sensed compatibility variables that are added to the model in accordance with the purpose of the research, and the factors that will affect users' intentions to use blockchain technology and their active use. The Smart PLS3 program, which is commonly used in literature for structural equality modeling and analysis of this modeling, has been used in research. The confidence variable perceived from the independent variables in the research model has not found a meaningful relationship between the perceived benefit and the perceived ease of use. The reason for this can be explained through the short questions asked in the research, by the fact that users involved in the research do not rely on crypto (digital) currencies that continue to operate with blockchain technology while rely on blockchain technology. The impact of the detected compatibility can be said that the users are rapidly adapted to the blockchain technology as digital products and services become more suitable for people’s lifestyle. In particular, the detected risk shows that consumers believe that the distributed structure of blockchain technology can be performed more secure transactions. Parallel to literature, the most important factor that affects the active use of new technologies is the intention of users.
