Abstract:

Dil öğretiminde işitsel ve görsel araçların kullanımı ve faydaları bilinen bir olgudur. Bu araçların başında da filmler gelmektedir. Yapılan araştırmalarda dil öğretiminde filmleri kullanmanın yabancı dil öğrencilerinin diğer dil becerilerinde olduğu gibi konuşma becerilerinin gelişmesinde de etkili olduğu görülmüştür. Yapılan alan yazın taramasında filmlerin yabancı dil öğretiminde kullanımı ve bu konuda yapılan bir çok çalışma varken ülkemizde çok az çalışma yapıldığı ve bunun da yeterli olmadığı görülmüştür. Bu da çalışmanın önemini ortaya koymaktadır. Bu çalışmada, filmler yoluyla Yabancılara Türkçe öğrenenlerin konuşma becerilerinin geliştirilmesi konusu irdelenmiş ve öğretmenlerin yabancılara Türkçe derslerinde kullanabilecekleri, filmler yoluyla konuşma becerilerinin geliştirilmesine dönük etkinlik örnekleri sunulmuştur. Anahtar Kelimler: Konuşma, film, yabancı dil, etkinlik. Abstract: The use and utility of audiovisual tools in language teaching is a known phenomenon. Films are the most leading tools. It has been found out that using films in language areas effect the development of the speaking skill of the foreign language learners as the other language skills. In the body of literature, it is seen that there are few studies in our country and it is not enough while there is a lot of studies on the use of films in the foreign language teaching in the world. This demonstrates the importance of this study. In this study, the development of speaking skills of foreign students who learn Turkish through films was examined and samples of activities aimed at improving the skills of speaking through films, which teachers can use in foreign language Turkish lessons were offered.
