Dünyaca ünlü markaları, ‘Made in Germany’ kalitesine duyulan güven, planlama, verimlilik, inovasyon, uzmanlık ve teknik yeteneklere dayalı katı yönetim yaklaşımı ile ön plana çıkan Almanya, güçlü ekonomisi olan, etkili bir Avrupa ülkesidir. Alman kültürü, tarihsel arka plandan etkilenmektedir. Ayrıca, 2.Dünya Savaşı sonrası artan işgücü ihtiyacı nedeniyle yapılan göçmen iş gören alımları dolayısıyla hem toplum hem de iş yaşamında çok kültürlülük de söz konusudur. Böyle bir bağlamda, Alman iş örgütleri ve örgüt kültürü nasıl şekillenmiştir?

German culture is influenced by a historical background. Furthermore, the multi-culturality in both society and business is also concerned due to the increasing need for labour by migrants. In such a context, how did the German business organizations and organizational culture form?
