Abstract:

Sürdürülebilir rekabet günümüzde işletmelerin temel gereksinimlerinden biri haline gelmiştir. Rekabet piyasasında oyunun dinamikleri sürekli olarak değişmektedir. Entelektüel sermaye ve bilgi teknolojileri de bu noktada karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Entelektüel sermayenin; bilgi, yetenek ve know-how gibi soyut kavramları ifade ettiği bilinmektedir. Günümüzde gelişen teknoloji ve bilgi yoğunluğu göz önüne alındığında, işletmeler için bilgi teknolojileri yetkinliği ekstra bir yetenekten öte zorunluluk haline gelmiştir. Bu nedenle bu çalışmada entelektüel sermaye ve bilgi teknolojilerinin yetkinliğinin incelenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Kahramanmaraş Sütçü imam üniversitesi Teknokent çalışanlarının bilgi teknolojileri yetkinliğini ve sosyo-demografik özellikleri de göz önüne alarak, entelektüel sermayenin, bilgi teknolojileri yetkinliği üzerine etkisini incelenmek hedeflenmiştir. Yapılan araştırma sonuçlarına göre; entelektüel sermaye ve alt boyutlarının, bilgi teknolojileri yetkinliği ve alt boyutları üzerinde pozitif yönde etkisi olduğu saptanmıştır.

Abstract:

Sustainable competition has become one of the core needs of today. In the competitive market, the dynamics of the game are constantly changing. Intellectual capital and information technology are also facing us at this point. It is known that intellectual capital expresses abstract concepts such as knowledge, skill and know-how. Given today’s developing technology and information intensity, information technology competence for has become an additional capacity beyond an obligation. Therefore, this study is aimed at studying the competence of intellectual capital and information technologies. Kahramanmaraş Sütçü Imam University Technokent is aimed at studying the impact of intellectual capital on the competence of information technology, taking into account the information technology competence and the socio-demographic characteristics of employees. According to the results of the research, intellectual capital and its subdimensions have a positive impact on the competence of information technology and its subdimensions.

Abstract:

Considering the developing technology and information density today, information technology competence for businesses has become a necessity rather than an extra talent. Therefore, in this study, it is aimed to examine the competence of intellectual capital and information technologies. It is aimed to examine the effect of intellectual capital on information technology competence, taking into account the information technology competence and socio-demographic characteristics of Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University Technopolis employees. According to the results of the research; It has been determined that intellectual capital and its sub-dimensions have a positive effect on information technology competence and sub-dimensions.
