Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to try to study the impact of teachers’ meaningful business perceptions on organizational rumors and organizational fraud perceptions. The research is designed with a visual relational scan model. The universe of research; in the 2021-2022 educational year Kahramanmaraş or central districts (Dulkadiroğlu and Onikişubat) is composed of 9843 teachers who work in the state's primary, primary, secondary and high school. The sample consists of 717 teachers who can be obtained using the layer sample method from unselective sampling methods. For the purpose of gathering the research data, the "Sensitive Work Scale for Educational Organizations", the "Organizational Decision Scale" and the "Organizational Disadvantage Scale" were used. The determination of the relationships between variables was carried out using structural equality modeling by way analysis. According to the research results; the meaningful level of business perception that teachers have on the basis of dimensions was "high" level, the level of organizational rumor perception was "mediate" level, and the level of organizational fraud perception was "low". The underdimensions of meaningful work and the underdimensions of organizational rumor and organizational fraud have been found to have negative meaningful relationships, and the meaningful work has been found to have meaningful organizational rumor and organizational fraud.
