Workforce Diversity should be adopted by each and every organization. With diverse workforce, organization will have employees with different abilities, skills and capabilities, which will be beneficial to improve organizational performance. The purposeof the analysis is to find the link and consequence of diversity variables on the performance of teachers in higher education institutions. The diversity variables used in research are age, gender and education. Higher education institutions are changing speedily world-wide. Traditional teaching systems are being challenged, diversity and differentiation with the institutions has been increased. This research paper is focusing on the importance of diversity management.
