Bu çalışmanın amacı örgütsel davranış alanında ulusal turizm kongrelerindeki bildiri kitaplarında yer alan tam metin bildirilerin hangi konular üzerinde odaklanıldığına ilişkin tespitler yapmaktır. Bu amaçla 2010-2018 yılları arasında ulusal turizm kongreleri bildiri kitaplarında örgütsel davranış alanında yapılan tam metin çalışmaları kongrenin yapıldığı yıllar, kongrenin yapıldığı üniversite, kongrenin ana teması, bildirinin konusu, bildirideki yazar sayısı, yazarın unvanı, yazarın kurumu, bildirinin araştırma yöntemi ile veri toplama aracı, çalışma alanı, bildiride ele alınan değişken sayısı gibi parametrelerle bibliyometrik analize tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırma bulgularına göre örgütsel davranış ile ilgili en fazla çalışmanın 2014 yılında Gazi Üniversitesi tarafından düzenlenen Engelsiz Turizm temalı 15. Ulusal Turizm Kongresi’nde olduğu, en fazla çalışılan konuların iş tatmini ve örgütsel bağlılık olduğu, bildirilerin en fazla iki yazarla yapıldığı görülmektedir. Ayrıca, bildirilerin çoğunlukla Yrd. Doç. Dr. (yeni unvan adıyla Dr. Öğr. Üyesi) unvanındaki yazarlar tarafından yazıldığı, en fazla nicel veri toplama tekniği olan anket yönteminin tercih edildiği tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma zaman kısıtı nedeniyle yalnızca ulusal turizm kongreleri ve belirlenen parametreler çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ulusal turizm kongrelerinde sunulan örgütsel davranış konularındaki zaman içerisindeki gelişimin ve sürecin takip edilmesi açısından bu çalışmanın, konuya bütünsel bir yaklaşım getirerek, literatüre katkı sunacağı düşünülmektedir.
The objective of this study is to find out on which topics the full text statements contained in the declaration books in the national tourism congresses in the field of organizational behavior are focused. For this purpose, the full text work in the field of organizational behavior in the declaration books of the national tourism congresses between 2010-2018 years; the years in which the congress was held, the university in which the congress was held, the main topic of the congress, the subject of the declaration, the number of authors in the declaration, the title of the author, the institution of the author, the research method of the declaration and the data collection tool, the work area, the number of variables addressed in the declaration. According to the research findings; the most of the studies related to organizational behavior in 2014 was organized by the University of Gazi on the subject of Unemployed Tourism 15. In the National Tourism Congress, the topics most studied are business satisfaction and organizational commitment, the reports are made with a maximum of two authors. Moreover, the reports are mostly Yrd. and do. The new name is Dr. Dr. Member) has been found that the survey method, which is the most quantitative data collection technique, was preferred by the authors in the title. This study was carried out only within the framework of national tourism congresses and determined parameters due to time limitation. In view of the development and process in time on the organizational behavior subjects presented at the National Tourism Congress, this study is believed to contribute to literature by bringing a comprehensive approach to the subject.
