Bu araştırmanın amacı, “İnsan İlişkileri ve İletişim Ders Programı”nın üniversite öğrencilerin iletişim ve problem çözme becerisi düzeylerine etkisini incelemektir. Bu araştırma, “Öntest-Sontest Kontrol Gruplu Model” olarak tanımlanan yarı deneysel desen olarak kurgulandı. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2019-2020 eğitim öğretim yılında Muş Alparslan Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Rehberlik ve Psikolojik Danışmanlık programında öğrenim gören 48 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama araçları olarak “İletişim Becerileri Envanteri” ve “Kişilerarası Problem Çözme Envanteri” kullanıldı. Program, deney grubuna 13 hafta boyunca Pazartesi günleri saat 13.00’de eğitim sınıfında haftada 1 oturum ve 80-90 dakika olarak uygulandı. Bu araştırmanın verilerinin analizinde bağımsız örneklem t-test ve ANCOVA (Kovaryans Analizi) kullanıldı. Araştırmanın sonuçları olarak “İnsan İlişkileri ve İletişim Ders Programı”ın, deney grubunda yer alan öğrencilerin iletişim ve problem çözme beceri düzeylerini artırdığı ortaya çıktı. Elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda alanyazın destekli tartışma yapıldı ve insan ilişkileri ve iletişim ders içeriğinin gözden geçirilerek geliştirilmesi ve uygulamaya dönük çalışmaların daha fazla yer alması, dersin teorik ve uygulama şeklinde iki döneme yayılması, insan ilişkileri ve iletişim dersinin tüm bölümlerde okuyan öğrencilere okutulması ve üniversite öğrencilerinin iletişim ve problem çözme becerilerinin geliştirecek eğitim, sanat, sosyal ve kültürel etkinlikler ve sosyal kulüp çalışmaları gibi ders dışı etkinlikler düzenlenmesi gibi öneriler yapıldı.
The aim of this research is to study the impact of the "Human Relations and Communication Curriculum" on the level of communication and problem-solving skills of university students. This research was established as a semi-experimental pattern, defined as the "Pre-Sontest Control Group Model". The research work group consists of 48 students studying in the 2019-2020 educational year at the University of Muş Alparslan School of Education in the Guide and Psychological Consultancy program. Data collection tools were used as "Communication Skills Inventory" and "Interpersonal Problem Solving Inventory". The program was applied to the experimental group for 13 weeks as 1 session per week and 80-90 minutes in the training class on Monday at 13.00 p.m. The analysis of the data of this study used independent sampling t-test and ANCOVA (Kovaryans Analysis). As the results of the study found that the "Human Relations and Communication Curriculum" increased the level of communication and problem-solving skills of students in the experimental group. In accordance with the results obtained, a supported discussion of the field was conducted and recommendations were made, such as the development of human relations and communication course content by review and the greater involvement of practical studies, the dissemination of the course into two periods in theoretical and practical form, the teaching of human relations and communication course to students studying in all sections and the organization of non-class events such as education, art, social and cultural events and social club studies that will develop the communication and problem-solving skills of university students.
