: Bir işletmenin örgütsel başarısı, sıklıkla, üstün performans gösterecek çalışanların seçilmesi, yerleştirilmesi ve elde tutulmasına dayanır. Bu nedenle, çalışanların işten ayrılmaya niyetlenmesine neden olan unsurların belirlenerek ortadan kaldırılması gerekir. Bu bağlamda, bu çalışmanın ana amacını, yöneticiye duyulan güven, lider – üye etkileşimi ve işten ayrılma niyeti arasındaki etkileşimin, Türkiye’nin Gayrisafi Yurtiçi Hasılasının (GSYH’sinin) %12’sini oluşturmasına karşın, sektörel işgücü devir oranı, %50’nin üzerinde seyreden lojistik sektörün-de faaliyet gösteren kamuya ait kargo işletmesi özelinde ortaya konulması oluşturmaktadır. Bulgular, söz konusu değişkenlerin birbirleriyle ilişkili olduğunu buna karşın, yöneticiye duyulan güvenin, çalışmanın başında beklenenin aksine, işten ayrılma niyeti üzerinde doğrudan bir etkiye sahip olmadığını lider – üye etkileşiminin işten ayrılma niyetini negatif bir biçimde etkilediğini lider – üye etkileşiminin yöneticiye duyulan güven ile işten ayrılma niyeti arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koyan modele dâhil edildiğinde, “tam aracılık etkisinin” belirlendiğini işaret etmektedir.
The organizational success of an enterprise is often based on the selection, placement and achievement of employees that will show superior performance. Therefore, it is necessary to eliminate by determining the elements that cause employees to intend to leave the job. In this context, the main objective of this study is the confidence in the manager, the lead-member interaction and the intention of leaving the job, although it represents 12% of Turkey's GDP, the turnover rate of the sector workforce is the fact that more than 50% of the logistics sector operates in the public-owned cargo business. The findings indicate that these variables are interrelated; however, the trust given to the manager, unlike what was expected at the beginning of the work, has no direct impact on the intention of leaving the job; that the lead-member interaction negatively affects the intention of leaving the job; that the lead-member interaction is determined when the model that reveals the relationship between the trust given to the manager and the intention of leaving the job.
