So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

The crime of “Violation of Constitution” is the types of attempt crimes. In the general theory of crime, attempt crimes should defined basically by the the criminal act directed to the constituent power. According to Turkish Criminal Code (TCC), art. 309; “anyone who attempts to destroy the order prevenient by the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, or to replace it with another constitutional order, or to prevent the actual implementation of that order by the use of force or violence shall be sentenced to strict life imprisonment. Where other crimes are committed during the commission of this crime, relevant provisions shall also apply for the punishment of such offences”. In this study discussed the term of “violation of constitution” in detailed and analyzed the elements of this crime admitted under the attempt crimes
