Sınıf Öğretmenlerinin Rekreasyonel Faaliyetlere Katılımlarını Engelleyen Faktörlerin Belirlenmesi

Abstract:

Yapılan bu çalışmada rekreatif amaçlı yürüyüş egzersizlerinin ilköğretim çağındaki bireylerde benlik saygısı üzerine etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışmaya batman il merkezinde ikamet eden ve yaşları 10-12 arasında değişen toplam 40 kız öğrenci katılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan kız öğrencilerin 20 tanesi deney grubunu, 20 tanesi ise kontrol grubunu oluşturmuştur. Katılan deney grubunun yaş ortalaması, 11,13 ± 0,44 kontrol grubunun yaş ortalaması ise; 11,79± 0,21 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Deney grubunu oluşturan kız öğrenciler 8 hafta boyunca rekreatif amaçlı yürüme egzersizine tabii tutulurken kontrol grubundaki kız öğrenciler herhangi bir egzersize tabii tutulmamıştır. Çalışmamızda; Rosenberg benlik saygısı ölçeğinin 10 soruluk olan alt kategorisi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde SPSS 22 IBM istatistik paket program kullanılmıştır. Bağımsız guruplar arasındaki farklılık ise bağımsız guruplar arasındaki karşılaştırma Independent Sample T-Testi ile analiz edilmiştir. Grup içi öntest ve sontest karşılaştırmada ise Paired Samples T Testi kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonunda deney grubuna ait değerlerin kontrol grubu değerlerinden anlamlı derecede yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır (p<0,05). Sonuç olarak rekreatif amaçlı yapılan egzersizlerin bireylerin benlik saygısı puanlarında da önemli ölçüde pozitif etkiler yaratacağı kanısına varılmıştır.

Identifying Factors That Prevent Teachers from Participating in Recreational Activities

Abstract:

This study has studied the impact of recreational walking exercises on self-respect in individuals in primary school age. The study was attended by a total of 40 girls living in the Batman province center and age ranges between 10-12 years. 20 of the girls participating in the study formed a experimental group, and 20 of them formed a control group. The average age of the participating group was 11,13 ± 0,44 and the average age of the control group was 11,79 ± 0,21. The girls who formed the experimental group wereined to walk for recreational purposes for 8 weeks while the girls in the control group wereined to do no exercise. In our study; Rosenberg’s self-esteem scale has used a subcategory of 10 questions. For the analysis of the data obtained, SPSS 22 IBM statistical package program was used. The difference between independent groups is compared with the Independent Sample T-Test. In comparison between the group’s pre-test and estest, the Paired Samples Test was used. At the end of the analysis it was found that the values of the experiment group were significantly higher than the control group values (p<0,05). As a result, it is believed that recreational exercises will have significantly positive effects on individuals’ self-respect points.
