Ağız araştırmaları bir dilin söz varlığını belirlemede çok önemli bir yere sahiptir. Türkiye’de ağız araştırmalarının başlangıcı 19. yüzyıla kadar ulaşmaktadır. Ağız araştırmalarının başlangıcından günümüze kadar yapılan araştırmalarla ilgili birtakım eksik ve hatalar ağız araştırmalarının ihtiyaç ve gerekliliğini ortaya koymaktadır. 20. yüzyılda Türkiye’nin birçok bölgesinin söz varlığını derlemek amacıyla Türk Dil Kurumunun başlatmış olduğu halk ağzından söz derleme seferberliğinin bir neticesi olarak Derleme Sözlüğü hazırlanmıştır. Bu sözlük, birçok eksik ve hatalarına rağmen ağız araştırmalarıyla ilgili en kapsamlı çalışma olarak kabul edilmektedir. Anadolu ağızları, söz varlığı bakımından büyük bir zenginliğe sahiptir. Ağızlarda tespit edilen ve tespit edilmeyen söz varlığı Türk dilinin zenginliğinin açık göstergesidir. Derleme Sözlüğünün mevcut söz varlığına katkıda bulunmak amacıyla yapılan bu çalışmada, zengin etnik ve kültürel özelliklere sahip bir ilçe olan Eğirdir ve yöresi ağızlarında kullanılan ancak Derleme Sözlüğünde yer almayan ya da başka bölgelerde tespit edilmiş fakat farklı anlamlandırılmış söz varlıkları sınıflandırılarak verilmiştir. Netice olarak çalışmanın sonuna çalışmanın bir değerlendirmesi mahiyetinde sonuç bölümü ve faydalanılan kaynaklardan oluşan bir de kaynakça eklenmiştir.
Oral research has a very important place in determining the existence of a language. In Turkey, the beginning of oral research reaches the 19th century. A number of shortcomings and errors in the research from the beginning of oral research to the present day reveal the need and necessity of oral research. In the 20th century, the Assembly Dictionary was prepared as a result of the public oral assembly movement that the Turkish Language Institute launched in order to aggregate the word existence of many regions of Turkey. This dictionary is considered to be the most comprehensive study on oral research, despite its many shortcomings and errors. The Anadolu mouths have a great wealth in terms of the word existence. The presence of words identified and unidentified in the mouths is a clear indicator of the wealth of the Turkish language. In this study, with the aim of contributing to the existing word existence of the Assembly Dictionary, a district with rich ethnic and cultural characteristics is Turner and its area has been given by classification of the word assets used in the mouth but not included in the Assembly Dictionary or identified in other regions but differently understood. At the end of the study, an assessment of the study was added to the result section and a source consisting of the resources used.
