Üniversite Öğrencilerinin Duygusal Zekâları ve Yılmazlıkları Arasındaki İlişki: Sistematik İnceleme

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada, sistematik inceleme yöntemiyle, üniversite öğrencilerin duygusal zekâları ve yılmazlıkları arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. İlgili elektronik veri tabanlarında 2019 yılının nisan ayına kadar akademik dergilerde yayınlanmış çalışmalar taranmıştır. PRISMA akış diyagramı temel alınarak taranan çalışmalar inceleme sürecinden geçirilmiş olup, değerlendirme amacıyla 16 çalışma nihai olarak incelemeye dahil edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, üniversite öğrencilerinin duygusal zekâlarının ve yılmazlıklarının anlamlı ve pozitif ilişkili olduğu görülmüştür. Ancak taranan çalışmaların kesitsel tasarıma sahip olması, zaman-olay ve boyuna çalışmaların da yapılması gerektiği düşüncesini ortaya koymaktadır. Bu bakımdan, gelecek çalışmalarda zaman-olay veya boyuna çalışmalar yapılarak ilgili kavramlar arasındaki ilişkinin gelişimi açığa çıkarılabilir.

The Relationship Between University Students' Emotional Intelligence and Disadvantages: Systematic Review

Abstract:

In this study, the method of systematic study examined the relationship between the emotional intelligences and disturbances of university students. In the relevant electronic databases, studies published in academic journals have been scaned until April 2019. The study based on the PRISMA flow diagram; the study process was passed through and 16 studies were finally included in the study for the purpose of evaluation. As a result, university students’ emotional intelligence and disagreements have been found to be meaningful and positive. But the surveyed work has a cutting-edge design, showing the idea that time-event and length of work should also be done. In this regard, the development of the relationship between the respective concepts can be revealed by time-event or length studies in future studies.

Abstract:

This paper investigates the relationship between emotional intelligence and resilience of university students by systematic review method. In the relevant databases, we reviewed numerous studies, published in academic journals until April 2019. Based on the PRISMA flow diagram, we have included sixteen studies to evaluate. Consequently, we detected a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and resilience of university students. However, all the studies were cross-sectional. Therefore, this condition requires longitudinal studies. Thus, researchers can reveal the evolution of the relationship between related concepts by conducting time-event or longitudinal studies in future studies.
