Abstract:

This study discussed the variables between counterproductive business behaviors and individual personality characteristics. Comparing the effects of each other, negative events that may be seen in the workplaces in the telecommunications sector have been addressed and sanctions have been examined. In the study, two types of liquid were used. These two-scale telecommunications companies were transmitted to 420 participants and the full result was received from 300 participants. According to the data obtained, statistical findings have been studied the variables between productivity-anti-business behaviors and personality characteristics determined in a negative direction. External with the lower dimensions of personality characteristics on anti-productive business behaviors It has been concluded that there is a meaningful effect between conversion, Responsibility, Compatibility, Emotional Balance, Development, Clearness. Between demographic variables and counterproductivity business behaviors, there is a meaningful relationship between the state of education and the total business experience variables.
