Abstract:

The research aims to explore the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational justice perceptions. Nicel research paradigm is based on the work designed using the relative scanning model of the research sample is made up of 366 teachers who work in the 2017-2018 educational year in Eskişehir or Odunpazari district. The data in the research form of personal information developed within the framework of the research was collected with the Ethical Leadership Scale, developed by Hoy and Tarter (2004) and the Organizational Justice Scale adapted by Turkish Taştan and Yılmaz (2008). Regression analysis with illustrative statistics was used in the process of data analysis. The results of the study showed that ethical and communication ethical dimensions are high in determining the dimensions of ethical leadership in schools, climate ethical and behavioral ethical dimensions are perceived at a medium level, and organizational justice is perceived at a medium level. Although the dimensions of ethical leadership and organizational justice have a meaningful relationship in a positive direction, it has been concluded that the ethical and behavioral dimensions of decision-making only are contributors to organizational justice. Based on the results of the research, it is recommended that the strengthening of school managers’ ethical leadership behavior be neutral and fair in school management.
