Mülkiyet haklarının ekonomik büyüme üzerindeki etkisinin araştırıldığı çalışmada Meksika, Türkiye, Endonezya ve Nijerya için 2007-2017 dönemine ait Kişi Başı Gayri Safi Yurtiçi Hasıla (KBGSYİH), Doğrudan Yabancı Yatırımlar (DYY) ve Uluslararası Mülkiyet Hakları İndeks (IPRI) değişkenleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre göre doğrudan yabancı sermaye yatırımları ve mülkiyet hakları değişkenleri kişi başı gayrisafi yurtiçi hasıla üzerinde pozitif etkiye sahiptir. Öte yandan kısa dönemde doğrudan yabancı sermaye yatırımları ve mülkiyet hakları değişkenlerinden ayrı ayrı kişi başı gayrisafi yurtiçi hâsılaya nedensellik olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
The study, which examined the impact of property rights on economic growth, used the variables for the 2007-2017 period for Mexico, Turkey, Indonesia and Nigeria, the Indicator of Indigenous Property Rights (IPRI), the Indicator of Indigenous Property Rights (IPRI), and the Indicator of Indigenous Property Rights (IPRI). According to the results of the study, foreign direct capital investments and the variables of property rights have a positive impact on non-profit domestic profits per person. On the other hand, in a short period of time, the conclusion was that foreign capital investments and property rights variables separate from individual non-profit domestic assets were causative.
