Abstract:

Individual investors are those who make investments on their own behalf and account. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the acquisition of shareholders and to reveal the relationship of these factors with the demographic characteristics in the province of Giresun for the purpose of the survey of individual investors, the demographic characteristics and the impact of individual investors on the factors affecting the acquisition of shareholders have been used Factor Analysis and Sperm Correlation Analysis. The demographic characteristics have concluded that individual investors do not have an effect on their share acquisition preferences. The correlation analysis resulted in the observation that the factors "the state of closely monitoring the stock market", "the share ratio in investments" and "excessive confidence in your own priority information" have a positive relationship in the acquisition of the stock.
