Küresel anlamda dünyanın en büyük sorunu haline gelen Koronavirüs salgını Aralık 2019 tarihinde Çin’in Wuhan kentinde ortaya çıkmıştır. Ardından İran, İtalya, İspanya, İngiltere ve ABD’de hızla yayılmıştır. ABD’nin en önemli sorunu olmasının yanında ABD için ekonomik ve siyasal krizlerin önünü Koronavirüs açmış ve hızlandırmıştır. Bugün ABD ekonomik krizin yanında iç siyasal karışıklarla da mücadele etmektedir. Koronavirüs bu kaotik durumun tetikleyicisi olmuştur. Bu nedenle bu araştırmada Kaos teorisi çerçevesinde, Koronavirüsün etkileri siyasal iletişim bağlamında incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın analizi https://www.amerikaninsesi.com/ ve https://www.criturk.com/internet haber sitesinde “Koronavirüs” haberlerinin yer alış biçiminin söylem analizi yapılmıştır. Bu süreçte öncelikle Koronavirüs haberlerinin veriliş tarzında seçilen kavramların taşıdığı siyasal iletiler araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada Koronavirüs haberlerinin seçilme nedeni Amerika Birleşik Devletleri ile Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti arasında yaşanan “Koronavirüs” üzerinden ortaya çıkan küresel siyasal ve ekonomik krizdir. Bilindiği gibi Koronavirüs küresel anlamda ABD ve Çin’i karşı karşıya getirmiştir. Aynı zamanda ekonomik ve siyasal krizin derinleşmesine yol açmıştır. Bu durum Kaos teorisi’nin Kelebek Etkisi ilkesi çerçevesinde anlatılmıştır. Aynı şekilde araştırmada örneklem olarak amerikaninsesi.com ve https://www.criturk.com/ internet haber sitelerinde yer alan Koronavirüs haberleri, haberin veriliş üslubuna bakılarak ve haber yazılırken kullanılan sözcük ve kavramlarda neyin ön plana çıkarıldığı bağlamında analiz edilmiştir. Bu analiz Koronavirüs gibi sıradan bir haberin veriliş tarzındaki ideolojik boyut hakkında bilgi vermektedir. The coronavirus epidemic, which has become the world’s biggest problem globally, appeared in China’s city of Wuhan in December 2019. It then spread rapidly in Iran, Italy, Spain, Britain and the United States. In addition to being the most important problem of the United States, the Coronavirus has opened and accelerated the front of economic and political crises for the United States. Nowadays, the U.S. is fighting with domestic political confusion alongside the economic crisis. The coronavirus has been the trigger of this chaotic situation. Therefore, in this study, in the framework of the chaos theory, the effects of the coronavirus were studied in the context of political communication. The analysis of the study was done on https://www.amerikaninsesi.com/ and https://www.criturk.com/internet news site and the statement of the location of the news "Coronavirus" was analyzed. In this process, first of all, the political messages carried out by the chosen concepts in the way of data of the Coronavirus news were investigated. The reason for the selection of coronavirus news in the study is the global political and economic crisis arising from the "coronavirus" between the United States and the People's Republic of China. As it is known, the coronavirus has encountered the United States and China globally. It has also led to the deepening of the economic and political crisis. This situation is described in the chaos theory’s principle of the Puppy Effect. Similarly, the research is a sample of Americaninsesi.com and https://www.criturk. Coronavirus news on the news sites have been analyzed in the context of what is placed in the first place in the words and concepts used in the writing of the news, taking into account the way the news is given and what is used in the writing of the news. This analysis provides information about the ideological dimension of a ordinary news, such as Coronavirus. Therefore, in this study, a statement analysis was made in the context of political communication of the coronavirus news data system found on the USS.com and https://www.criturk.com/news site.

For this reason, in this study, the effects of Coronavirus within the frame of Chaos theory were examined in the context of political communication. Analysis of the research the discourse analysis of the form of “Coronavirus” news was made on the www.amerikaninsesi.com and www.criturk.com internet news site. In this process, firstly, political messages carried by the concepts chosen in the way of Coronavirus news are presented. The reason for choosing Coronavirus news in the research is the global political and economic crisis that emerged over the “Coronavirus” between the United States and the People’s Republic of China. As it is known Coronavirus has confronted USA and China globally. It also led to and deepening of the economic and political crisis. This situation is explained within the framework of the Butterfly Effect principle of the Chaos theory. Likewise, Coronavirus news, which are included in the study, on the websites of www.amerikaninsesi.com and www.criturk.com, have been analyzed in the context of what is emphasized in the words and concepts used while writing the news. This analysis gives information about the ideological dimension in the way in which ordinary news such as Coronavirus is given. For this reason, in this study discourse analysis was conducted in the context of political communication, the style of giving news of Coronavirus news on www.amerikaninsesi.com and www.criturk.com news site.
