Çok sayıda alternatif ve kriterin bulunduğu karar problemlerinin çözümü için geliştirilen yöntemler, çok kriterli karar verme yöntemleri olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Birbirleriyle çelişen çok sayıda kriter ve alternatifin bulunduğu karar problemlerinde bulanıklık ortaya çıkabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada Bulanık Analitik Hiyerarşi (AHP) ve Bulanık TOPSIS yöntemleri ile bütünleşik bir karar destek modeli önerilmiştir. Çalışmada; karar vermede etkili olan kriterlerin önem ağırlıkları Bulanık AHP ile belirlenmiş, alternatiflerin sıralama ve seçimi ise Bulanık TOPSIS yöntemi ile yapılmıştır. Uygulama kısmında özel okullarda öğretmen seçimi, önerilen karar destek yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Önerilen yöntemin karar destek modeli olarak başarılı bir şekilde kullanılabileceği görülmüştür.
The methods developed to solve decision-making problems with numerous alternatives and criteria are defined as multi-criteria decision-making methods. There are many criteria and alternatives that are contradictory to each other. This study proposed an integrated decision support model with the Bully Analytical Hierarchy (AHP) and the Bully TOPSIS methods. In the study; the importance of criteria that are effective in decision-making is determined by the Bully AHP, and the ranking and selection of alternatives is made by the Bully TOPSIS method. The selection of teachers in private schools in the application section was carried out with the recommended decision support method. It has been shown that the proposed method can be successfully used as a decision support model.

In this study, a decision support model integrated with Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy (AHP) and Fuzzy TOPSIS methods is proposed. In this study; the importance weights of the criteria that are effective in decision making are determined by Fuzzy AHP and the ranking selection of the alternatives are done by Fuzzy TOPSIS method. In the application part, the selection of teachers in private schools was carried out by the proposed decision support method. It has been seen that the proposed method can be successfully used as a decision support model.
