Bu araştırmanın amacı okul güvenliği uygulamaları ve sorunlarına ilişkin yönetici ve öğretmen görüşlerini belirlemektir. Nitel araştırma modelinde yürütülen araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Bolu il merkezi devlet okullarında çalışan 15 öğretmen ve 15 yönetici oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile toplanmış, içerik analizi ve betimsel analizle çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda katılımcılar, okulların güvenli bir ortam olması için fiziksel alanların güvenli hale getirilmesi, nöbetçi öğretmen-öğrenci ve güvenlik görevlisi görevlendirilmesi vb. görüşler belirtmişlerdir. Katılımcıların büyük çoğunluğu okulların güvenli ve yaşanabilir bir ortam olması konusunda sorunlar yaşanmadığını, yapılanların yeterli olduğunu belirtirken, bir kısmı da sorunların üstesinden gelmek için bilgilendirme ve rehberlik toplantıları/konferansları yapma, görüşünü belirtmiştir. Bununla birlikte mevzuat ve yasalardaki eksiklik, yetki yetersizliği dile getirilen görüşler arasındadır. Sorunların çözümüne yönelik yapılan öneriler ise toplantı ve konferansların daha sık yapılması, sevgi, saygı ve hoşgörü ortamının artırılması, okul güvenlik görevlisi sayısının artırılması, diğer kurumlarla işbirliği, fiziksel yeterliliklerin artırılması, yetkilerin artırılması vb. şeklindedir.
The aim of this research is to identify the management and teacher views on school safety practices and issues. The work group of the research carried out in the quality research model consists of 15 teachers and 15 managers working in the state schools of Bolu province center. The research data was collected through a semi-configured interview form, analyzed by content analysis and visual analysis. The study results in the participants, making the physical spaces safe to make the schools a safe environment, the appointment of guard teachers-students and security officers, etc. The opinions were stated. The vast majority of participants stated that there were no problems with the safe and viable environment of the schools, and that the work was sufficient, while some also stated their opinion of informing and conducting meetings/conferences to overcome the problems. However, the lack of legislation and laws is among the opinions expressed by the lack of authority. Recommendations for problem-solving include more frequent meetings and conferences, increasing the environment of love, respect and tolerance, increasing the number of school security officers, cooperation with other institutions, increasing physical skills, increasing powers, etc. is in shape.
The aim of this study is to determine the views of the school administrators and teachers on school safety practices and problems. The study group of the research conducted in the qualitative research model constitutes of 15 teachers and 15 administrators working in Bolu province public schools. Research data was collected by a semi-structured interview form and analyzed by content analysis and descriptive analysis. As a result of this research, the participants expressed their opinions about to secure the physical areas to ensure a safe environment in schools,employment of duty teacher-student and security guard,etc. While the majority of the participants stated that there were no problems in terms of being a safe and livable environment of schools, some of them stated that they were sufficient and some of them gave information and guidance meetings / conferences to overcome the problems. However, deficiencies in legislation and law, lack of authority are among the opinions expressed. Suggestions for solutions to problems are made to make meetings and conferences more frequent, increase the atmosphere of love, respect and tolerance, increase the number of school security officers, cooperation with other institutions, increase the physical competence, increase the authority, etc.
