Abstract:

Al-Ahiilik is a professional, commercial, economic, cultural, social, moral and educational organization that has been very influential in the Islamic and Anatolian societies between the 13th and 19th centuries, with its influence beyond the time and space limits. The assembly provides a grateful structure of the high moral, skilled people who provide their members with both material and spiritual guidance, and who target the humanity. The role of the doctrine and values of the religious religion is to be accepted throughout the ages and to be built with a spirit and understanding from the sources of Islam on the basis of its strong establishment is great. It is scientifically important to deal with the discipline in a way that keeps the light to the present day, to study and understand, to evaluate, to take advantage of the results of a successful experience in the past. If education is considered to be the activity of promoting the ideal cultural elements to the future generations, promoting the institutions that have influenced the social culture in history to the people of today is also one of the tasks of education. Many of the educational values, both the vocabulary and the behavior in Ahilik, have been in the framework of the master-heart relationship from the past to the present day. The purpose of this study is to identify the highest values in the Agility and to emphasize the importance of advice. In this framework, the values in the Agility organization and the advice of these values are especially highlighted. At the same time, although the value is weakened today, it has been tried to identify the role of the concept of advice in giving value to individuals and communities. The study was designed with the quality research pattern and the issue was addressed by using the basic Islamic resources in accordance with the research method. The counseling has been studied by the counseling by moving from the richness of meaning to how a lifestyle is built by treating, educating, shaping life and treating the valuable creature. In the study, 5N+2K (What, why, where, how, when and who, to whom) technique has been tried to identify the use of advice, teaching methods.In the study, it is estimated that the results achieved about the wealth of meaning that it contains will keep the light of today's educators and values teaching.
