Yükseköğretim kurumları; akademik personel, öğrenciler ve idari personelden oluşan üç temel paydaş grubunun yoğun bir etkileşim içinde oldukları yerlerdir. Akademik ortamlarda, aynı paydaş grubundan veya farklı gruplardan bireylerin birbirleriyle olan ilişkilerinde yüksek etik standartlara uyulması beklenir. Bu çalışmada, yükseköğretim kurumlarında eğiten, eğitilen veya çalışan bireylerin etkileşimine uygulanabilecek etik ilkeler, sorumluluklar ve davranış kuralları derlenmiştir
