Günümüzde sosyal ve endüstriyel değişimler kadının iş hayatına girmesinde önemli bir etkendir. Teknolojideki yeniliklerin günden güne artması sebebiyle bilgiye erişmenin kolaylığı eğitimli kadın sayısında artışa neden olmuştur. Bu anlamda girişimcilik kadınlar için daha cazip bir iş alanı hale gelmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Çorum’da faaliyet gösteren kadın girişimcilerin hem cinsiyete dayalı girişimci özelliklerinin ve niteliklerinin belirlenmesi, hem de hizmet üretimi bağlamında değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç kapsamında kadın girişimcileri üretim sektörüne yönlendirmek adına önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
Today, social and industrial changes are an important factor in the entry of women into the business life. As the innovation in technology increases from day to day, the ease of access to information has led to an increase in the number of educated women. In this sense, entrepreneurship becomes a more attractive business area for women. The aim of this study is to determine both gender-based entrepreneurial characteristics and qualities of female entrepreneurs who operate in Zorum and to evaluate in the context of the production of services. For this purpose, women’s entrepreneurs were recommended to be directed to the production sector.
