Abstract:

The aim of this study is to study the reasons for the attitudes and behaviors that information experts present to information technologies, and to reveal the reasons for the negative attitude to information technologies. The study sets a roadmap for the more efficient use of information technologies in this field. For the conduct of the research in Turkey, data were collected with the scale of the Technology Admission Model for information experts in the libraries associated with the state and foundation universities that operate in Turkey and implemented to 300 participants selected with random sampling from 1417 information experts. The data collected using the survey technique was analyzed using the search engine IBM SPSS 25 and AMOS 24.0.0 programs. In addition to illustrative statistics aimed at determining the qualifications of participants, regression analysis was applied to test the normality test, reliability and validity analysis and research hypotheses for measuring research data. The research resulted in all the hypotheses supported and the positive relationship between the variables in the model was identified.
