Abstract:

Today, competition has become one of the focal points of innovation, many elements of which form the basis of the continuity of the economic activities of firms. Continued intense competition in the activities of businesses who want to increase market share innovative thinking is gaining importance and interest in this field is increasing day by day. This situation makes it necessary financing of innovation for companies. This is a further increase in the importance of the concept of venture capital and has led to the widespread use. In this study, the approach innovative ideas in terms of the investor and the entrepreneur, venture capital, venture capital, and the importance of the development will be examined.
