Abstract:

The tourism industry has a fragile structure due to developments around it. This fragile structure of the tourism sector is most affected by the stakeholders of the tourism sector. The aim of this study is to compare the impact of events that indirectly or directly affect Turkey tourism between 2015 and 2018 by measuring the profitability and financial structure rates of the transport companies located in Borsa Istanbul. 6 of the 8 enterprises that are trading in the transport sector on the basis of sectors from the Kamuyu Lighting Platform in Borsa Istanbul have been included in the research and through the financial reports that have passed the independent audit published by these enterprises, the financial structure rates and profitability rates have been studied. The financial structure ratio is assessed by the company’s lifting ratio, self-source/asset ratio, short-term liability/common liability ratio, material-stable asset/asset ratio.
