Araştırma, öğretmenlerin örgütsel sessizlikdüzeylerini ve örgütsel sessizlik düzeylerinin cinsiyet, öğrenim durumu, branş,mesleki kıdem, okuldaki öğretmen sayısı ve okulda çalışma süresine göre anlamlıbir farklılık gösterip göstermediğini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Taramamodelindeki araştırma, 2015-2016 eğitim öğretim yılında Diyarbakır İli merkezBağlar, Kayapınar, Sur ve Yenişehir ilçelerindeki ortaokullarda görev yapan 281öğretmenin katılımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri “ÖrgütselSessizlik Ölçeği” kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Araştırma verilerininçözümlenmesinde aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, t-testi ve tek boyutluvaryans analizi (ANOVA) kullanılmıştır. Tek yönlü varyans analizi sonuçlarınagöre anlamlı farklılığın kaynağının belirlenmesinde ise Scheffe Testi uygulanmıştır.Grup ortalamaları arasındaki farkın testedilmesinde α= ,05 anlamlılıkdüzeyi esasalınmıştır. Araştırmanınbulgularına göre öğretmenlerin örgütsel sessizlikleri “orta” düzeydedir. Öğretmenlerin örgütsel sessizliğin“kabullenici” ve “savunmacı” sessizlik alt boyutlarına “az”; “korumacı” sessizlik alt boyutuna ise “çok”düzeyinde katıldıkları saptanmıştır. Öğretmenlerinin örgütsel sessizlik veörgütsel sessizliğin kabullenici, savunmacı ve korumacı alt boyutlarındakisessizlik düzeyleri cinsiyet, branş, mesleki kıdem, okuldaki öğretmen sayısıdeğişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir farklılık göstermemiştir. Buna karşın okuldaçalışma süresi değişkeni açısından “kabullenici” ve “korumacı” sessizlik altboyutlarında anlamlı farklılık göstermezken “savunmacı” sessizlik alt boyutundaanlamlı bir farklılık göstermiştir. ]]>
The research was carried out to determine whether teachers’ organizational silence levels and organizational silence levels differ significantly according to gender, state of learning, branch, professional age, number of teachers in the school and time of work in the school. The research in Taramamodel, 2015-2016 educational year, was carried out with the participation of 281 teachers who work in the secondary schools in the districts of Diyarbakır, Kayapınar, Sur and Yenişehir. The data of the study was obtained using the "Organic Silence Scale". In the analysis of the research data, arithmetic average, standard deviation, t-test and one-dimensional variance analysis (ANOVA) were used. One-way variance analysis resultsIn order to determine the source of meaningful differences, the Scheffe Test was applied.In order to test the difference between the group average, the value of α=05 was fundamentalized. According to the research findings, the organizational silence of teachers is "mediate" level. Teachers have been found to participate in the “capulenici” and “defense” subdimensions of organizational silence and the “protect” subdimensions of silence and the “protect” subdimensions of silence at the “many” level.
