Abstract:

The spread of entrepreneurship occurs by the development of individuals’ entrepreneurial intention, the increase in entrepreneurial self-quality, especially by the youth’s environment’s leadership to entrepreneurship, encouraging and encouraging them to become entrepreneurs. Research shows that health workers and their students have no potential to become entrepreneurs in their own fields of work or in a new field. In this context, it is clear that health workers should be encouraged to entrepreneurship. The aim of our study is to investigate the impact of the environment on the self-quality, entrepreneurial potential, depending on the entrepreneurial intention of students who are graduated in healthcare management and/or who want to work in the health sector. According to the research, the intention of entrepreneurship, self-sufficiency, potential and environmental impact are explained in 4 dimensions. These dimensions are defined as the entrepreneurial intention factor (GNYT), the entrepreneurial self-sufficiency factor (GÖZYET), the entrepreneurial potential (GPOT) and the environmental factor (CEVRE). The verifying factor analysis and the research factor structure have been verified. The status of gender, education, work area, the status of assignment or not assignment to a public institution and the status of differentiation of research factors have been identified. However, our research has shown that the environment’s health student’s impact on entrepreneurial intention is effective through the student’s entrepreneurial potential and entrepreneurial self-qualification.
