Abstract:

With the onset of the internet age, telemedicine has paved the way for all kinds of health interventions to be treated regardless of distance. It has become a way for patient groups, especially those with chronic diseases, the disabled, and the elderly population, to access health services effectively (Badur, 2022). The Covid-19 pandemic has created a high awareness among healthcare professionals. During the pandemic, many healthcare professionals worked very hard as cases increased and made efforts to save people's lives. During this period, healthcare workers were exhausted and exposed to working at risk due to heavy working hours.. This article was produced from the thesis and the purpose of our research is to examine the awareness level of healthcare personnel about telemedicine during the Covid-19 pandemic process. The study included 414 healthcare personnel participants. A survey was conducted to collect data. The demographic data of the participants in our research were analyzed with the SPSS program. In this study, many methods such as t-f test, correlation, regression, factor analysis, variance analysis were used and explanations of the methods used were made. Participants who were not healthcare personnel were excluded from the survey and were not evaluated. According to the results of the survey, the study was analyzed, the existing literature was examined, the research was interpreted. According to the study results, it was observed that the Covid-19 pandemic increased the telemedicine awareness levels of healthcare professionals.
