Abstract:

Entrepreneurship is the establishment of their own business and business, and has begun to gain great importance in recent years. With the domination of the "Free Market Economy" in the world markets, the state's withdrawal from economic activities and leaving its places to private efforts and entrepreneurs is one of the most important factors in the increase of this importance. The aim of this study is to address the use of management functions of managing entrepreneurial relationships and the impact on the success of the business. In the study, a survey was carried out to 195 managers in 6 provinces in the GAP region and 150. As a result, it aims to determine the positive or negative effects of the relationships between the manager and entrepreneur on the performance and success of the business. It also aims to demonstrate the levels of satisfaction of the managers involved in their relationships with entrepreneurs, to identify the level of the current situation of these relationships and to determine the level of the relationships that should be. This work has a number of practical benefits. Especially in today’s Turkey where entrepreneurship has gained importance and employment in the public sector has almost disappeared, entrepreneurship has become very attractive and important. This is why new and young entrepreneurs need practical information that they can use as an example of work in their relationships with their managers. At the same time, this study is considered to be a study that includes useful information in order to regulate the relationships with entrepreneurs related to the performance of management functions of senior, middle, and lower managers working in the private sector and to get a pre-idea of what their expectations may be.

In particular, in today's Turkey where the entrepreneurship gained importance and employment almost disappeared in public sector, entrepreneurship (I mean, setting up his own business) has become very attractive and important. For this reason, new and young entrepreneurs need practical knowledge that they can use as a case study in relation to their managers. At the same time, this research is thought to be a study involving the management functions of upper, middle and lower level managers working in the private sector to adjust their relations with entrepreneurial entrepreneurs and to provide useful information in order to anticipate what their expectations might be.
