Çalışmanın temel amacı faaliyetleri arasında konaklama işletmeciliği de bulunan bir şirketin mali tablolarını, finansal analiz tekniklerini kullanarak analiz etmektir. Bu amaçla şirketin 2011-2016 yılları itibariyle genel mali tablolarından yararlanılarak trend analizi, karşılaştırmalı tablolar analizi, dikey analizi ve oran analizi yapılmıştır. İşletmenin finansal tabloları üzerinden yapılan analiz sonuçları incelendiğinde özetle dönen varlık oranının duran varlık oranından yüksek olduğu, özkaynak kaleminde yıllar itibariyle büyüme olduğu, satış gelirleri ve maliyetin aynı yönde olduğu, dönen varlıklar içinde en büyük payı nakit ve nakit benzerlerinin aldığı, cari oranın normal seviyeden biraz düşük olduğu, asit-test oranının iyi durumda olduğu ve nakit oranının yüksek olduğu görülmektedir.
The main objective of the study is to analyze the financial statements of a company, including the housing management, using financial analysis techniques. For this purpose, the company’s general financial statements from 2011 to 2016 have been used for trend analysis, comparative tables analysis, vertical analysis and ratio analysis. When the results of the analysis are examined through the financial statements of the company, it is seen that the return rate of assets is higher than the return rate of assets, that the self-source pen is growing over the years, that the sales revenues and costs are in the same direction, that the largest share of the return assets is cash and cash similars, that the currency rate is slightly lower than the normal level, that the acid-test rate is in good condition and that the cash rate is high.
