Abstract:

3 hastada bilateral metastaz mevcut idi. Hastalara CyberKnife cihazı ile SBRT uygulandı. BULGULAR: Hastalarımızda tanıdan itibaren median sağkalım 21.6 ay, SBRT sonrası median sağkalım 5.2 ay bulundu. Hastalarımızda toksisite gözlenmedi. SONUÇ: SBRT adrenal bez metastazı gelişen ve cerrahi yapılamayan hastalarda palyasyonda etkin bir seçeneğidir.

Adrenal Metastazlarda CyberKnife Stereotaktik Vücut Radiotherapy

Abstract:

In this study, our aim is to discuss the effectiveness and reliability of stereo-tatic body radiotherapy (SBRT) in patients developing adrenal metastases. Methods: Between August 2011 and December 2012 5 patients with adrenal gland metastasis associated with noncellular lung cancer were evaluated. Three patients had bilateral metastasis. The patient was given SBRT with the CyberKnife device. Foundations: In our patients from the diagnosis, the median survival was 21.6 months, and the median survival after SBRT 5.2 months. No toxicity was observed in our patients. SBRT adrenal gland metastasis is an effective option in palliation in developing and unoperative patients.
