Abstract:

Sağlık hizmetleri özellikleri bakımından, emek yoğunluğu ve uzmanlaşma seviyesi yüksek hizmet örgütleridir. Bu niteliklere ek olarak sunulan hizmetin insan sağlığını doğrudan ilgilendirmesi sebebiyle sağlık örgütlerinde çalışanların kurumu adaletli olarak algılamasının önem büyüktür. Örgütü adaletli olarak algılama bir bireyin ya da grubun algılamasının ötesinde tüm çalışanları kapsayan bir süreci temsil etmektedir. Bağlılık türünün ortaya çıkmasında ise amaç birlikteliğinin varlığı, ekonomik gelir ve terfi olanakları, örgüt tarafından kazandırılan beceri ve yeteneklerin sorumluluğu gibi tutumlar etki gösterebilmektedir. Bu kapsamda mevcut çalışmanın amacı sağlık çalışanlarının örgütsel adalet algılarının örgüte bağlılıkları üzerindeki etkisini araştırmaktır. Bu amaca yönelik çalışmada anket tekniği ile yüz yüze görüşmeler yapılarak 230 sağlık çalışanından veriler elde edilmiştir. Çalışma sonuçları örgütsel adalet algısının örgütsel bağlılık üzerindeki anlamlı etkisini ortaya koymuştur. Alt boyutlarda ise bilgisel adaletin duygusal bağlılık işlemsel adaletin de normatif bağlılık üzerinde etkili olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

In terms of health services characteristics, the labor intensity and the level of specialization are high service organizations. In addition to these qualities, because the service offered directly affects human health, it is of great importance that employees in health organizations recognize the institution fairly. The organization represents a process that encompasses all employees beyond the perception of an individual or group. In the appearance of the kind of commitment, the existence of the goal union, the economic income and promotion opportunities, the responsibility of the skills and abilities acquired by the organization can be influenced by attitudes. In this context, the current study aims to investigate the impact of health workers’ organizational justice perceptions on their commitments to the organization. In this study, data from 230 health workers have been obtained through face-to-face interviews with the survey technique. The results of the study showed the meaningful impact of the perception of organizational justice on organizational commitment. In the lower dimensions, the conclusion has been achieved is that knowledge justice is emotional liability; processional justice is also effective on normative liability.

In terms of the features of health services, they are service organizations with a high level of labour intenaity and apecialization. As the service offered in adition to these qualities directly concerns human health, it makes that it gets an important issue for the employees in health organizations to perceive the institution as fair. Perceiving the organization as fair represent as process involving all employees beyond the perception of an individual or group. Attitudes such as the existence of purposefullness, economic income and promotion opportunities, responsibility of skills and abilites acquired by the organization may affect the emergency of the type of committment. In this context, the aim of the study is to examine the effects of the perceptions of organizational justice of health workers’ organizational commitment. For this purpose, face-to-face interviews were conducted with the survey technique to obtain data from 230 healthcare professionals. The results of the study revealed the significant effect of the perception of organizational justice on organizational commitment. In the sub-dimensions, it was found that informational justice has an effect on emotional commitment; and procedural justice has an effect on normative commitment.
