The aim of this study is to determine university students' opinions about services of intercity bus companies. For this purpose, the questionnaire was applied to 618 students who study tourism at the University of Nevsehir. When analyzing the data obtained, as well as t-test and kruskal-wallis test, statistical methods like factor, reliability, variance, and regression analysis was used. Students' perceptions of service quality consist of six factors. These factors are named “elements relating to office, officials and the staff of the buses”, “elements relating to buses and the services offered during travel”, “elements relating to reliability”, “elements relating to service cars and their officials”, “elements relating to break”, and “elements relating to booking, buying ticket, and baggage”. Students' perceptions on the six factors (service quality) are at low level. Students' satisfaction in travelling is also at low level and an important part of the students don't think of recommending the company to others. Significant factors affecting the overall satisfaction of travel are elements related to buses and the services offered during travel and reliability. The most important factor in terms of students' intensions to re-purchase and recommed is related to reliability.
