Abstract:

One of the most important areas of traditional Turkish art is our crafts. Undercover roofs are one of our roof places, with its own character, within the integrity of Traditional Turkish Hand-Document. The submarine roofs are touched from the north of Antalya primarily in a wide area, including Burdur and Isparta. Our area of research is one of the places where the roofs are touched. While not yet touched, the roofs of the previous years are stored with great care and protected. This study, structured as a research based on observation-examination and analysis of the obtained information, aims to identify and reveal the design characteristics of the subcutaneous roofs that have been touched in the site. In the houses visited in the village, a total of 16 underground roofs were detected, and nine of them were studied in terms of motif color patterns and design characteristics and the findings were discussed. It has been determined that all of the carpets examined are seccade size and touch between 24x25 and 24x30 qualities.  Two of these roofs are Halelli, two are Acrepli, one is terazi collective, one is collective, one is Kocasulu roof group. The other two tapes were found to be differently touched and named in the area as the melted tapes.
