Abstract:

Thro history, men’s dominant societies have been in intensity; in almost every society, women have been seen as weak and necessarily part. Men have always been the owners of various rights to women, these rights either have never been granted or have been given long after men. This has begun to disturb women, the government and the international organizations. Women have tried to announce their existence through various activities; governments have begun to change their laws to eliminate women’s sacrifices, and international organizations have begun to pay attention to treaties in order to encourage governments. In particular, the European Convention on Human Rights has gained importance at this point, and in the event of the violation by the States Parties of the principle of equality, which is one of the most fundamental principles of the Convention, the citizens of these States have the right to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights and this right has been confirmed by the States signatories.
