Bu çalışmanın amacı profesyonel futbolcuların tükenmişlik düzeylerinin; medeni durum, yaş, aylık gelir, lig düzeyi, profesyonel oynama yılı, bir sezonda yaşanan sakatlık sayısı ve bir sezonda sakatlık nedeniyle oynanamayan maç sayısı değişkenlere göre incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın çalışma gurubunu, Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu 2021-2022 sezonu TFF 2. ve 3. Liglerinde mücadele eden 521 profesyonel futbolcu oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma gurubuna kişisel bilgi formu ile birlikte Sporcu Tükenmişlik Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Ölçekler Google Formlar üzerinden katılımcılara ulaştırılmış ve gönüllü olarak araştırmaya katılımı esas alınmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 25.0 paket programı kullanılarak çözümlenmiştir. Elde edilen verilere normallik testleri uygulanmıştır. Test sonuçları göz önünde bulundurularak verilerin analizinde non-parametrik testlerden Mann Whitney U ile Kruskal Wallis testleri kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre profesyonel futbolcuların tükenmişlik düzeylerinde medeni durum, yaş, aylık gelir, lig düzeyi, profesyonel oynama yılı, bir sezonda yaşanan sakatlık sayısı ve bir sezonda sakatlık nedeniyle oynanamayan maç sayısı değişkenlerine göre tüm alt boyutlarda α =0.05 düzeyinde anlamlı farklılıklar görülmektedir. Sonuç olarak tüm değişkenlerin, profesyonel futbolcuların tükenmişlik düzeyleri üzerinde farklılık yarattığı anlaşılmaktadır. Tükenmişliğin futbol sektöründe başarı ve sürekliliği etkilediği göz önünde bulundurulursa, tükenmişliği etkileyen etkenlerin üzerinde durulmasının oldukça önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir.
The aim of this study is to examine the levels of extinction of professional footballers according to the variables: civil status, age, monthly income, league level, professional play year, the number of disabilities in a season and the number of matches unable to play due to disabilities in a season. The research team, Turkey Football Federation 2021-2022 season TFF 2 and 3. There are 521 professional footballers fighting in their leagues. The work group has been applied with the personal information form for the athlete’s extinction scale. The scales were delivered to participants through Google Forms and were based on voluntarily participating in the research. The data obtained was processed using the SPSS 25.0 package program. The normalized data is tested. Considering the results of the test, the analysis of the data used the Mann Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis tests from non-parametric tests. According to the results of the analysis, the extinction levels of professional footballers are significant differences in the age, monthly income, league level, professional play year, the number of disabilities in a season and the number of matches unable to play due to disabilities in a season. As a result, it is clear that all variables create differences over the levels of extinction of professional footballers. Considering that fatigue affects success and continuity in the football industry, it is considered to be very important to focus on the factors that affect fatigue.
