Abstract:

This study aims to study the relationship between the innovative business behaviors of educational managers and the level of organizational support perception in terms of age and managerial position variables. A comparative relational scan model was used in the study. The work universe of the study; 11 people who are the State National Education Director who worked in the province of Istanbul between 2018-2019 years, 23 people who are the State National Education Branch Director and 221 people who are the District National Education Branch Director consist of a total of 255 people. The research used personal information form as a tool for data collection, detected organizational support short form and the scale of innovative business behavior.The survey data was analyzed with the SPSS 21.0 program. The educational managers have found that they have participated in the general and subdimensional dimensions of the organizational support scale; they have fully participated in the general and subdimensional dimensions of the innovative business behavior scale; the subdimensional dimensions of the innovative business behavior scale have a positive, meaningful, middle-level correlation with each other, but have no meaningful correlation with the organizational support and subdimensional dimensions.
