So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bu çalışma, etik liderliğin iklimsel, iletişimsel, davranışsal ve karar vermeden oluşan dört alt boyutunun çalışanların prosedürel, etkileşimsel ve dağıtımsal adalet algıları üzerindeki etkilerini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey üniversitesinde görev yapmakta olan 84 idari personel üzerinde yapılan bir anket çalışması ile söz konusu değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında oluşturulan model doğrultusunda hipotezleri test etmek amacıyla korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Analizler etik liderliğin iletişimsel ve karar verme alt boyutlarının çalışanların etkileşimsel, davranışsal alt boyutunun da prosedürel adalet algıları ile ilişkili olduğunu ortaya çıkarmıştır.
