So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, biyoloji öğretmen adaylarının enzim ile ilgili kavramsal çatılarını belirleyerek bilişsel yapılarını tespit etmektir. Bu çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Veriler toplam 40 biyoloji öğretmen adayının katılımıyla toplanmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında bağımsız kelime ilişkilendirme testi ve çizme-yazma tekniği kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizine göre analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonunda veriler toplam 7 kategori altında toplanmıştır (enzimin yapısal özelliği, enzimin tanımı ve özellikleri, enzimin gerekliliği, enzimin çalışma modeli, enzimin çalışmasını etkileyen faktörler, enzimin görevleri ve enzim çeşitleri). Ayrıca enzimle ilgili bazı alternatif kavramlara sahip oldukları da belirlenmiştir.

Abstract:

The current study aims to determine biology student teachers\' cognitive structure on the concept of "enzymes" through revealing their conceptual structure. Qualitative research method was applied in this study. The data were collected from 40 biology student teachers. The free word-association test and the drawing-writing technique were used as data collection instruments. The data collected were subject to content analysis. The data collected through the study were divided into 7 categories (the structural properties of the enzyme, the definition and properties of the enzyme, the necessity of the enzyme, the working model of the enzyme, factors affecting operation of the enzyme, the tasks of enzyme and enzyme variants).Moreover, it was determined that they had some misconceptions about enzyme.
