Adenoid cystic carcinoma, also called Silindroma (ACC), the second most frequent malignant epithelial tumor of the salivary glands. Slow-growing, locally invasive, and is a rare malignant tumor ACC is often occur 5.- 6. decades. Approximately, consists of % 50 to 70 of reported cases of minor salivary glands. The most frequent localization is palate, usually occured of the foramen in palatinum majus. Clinically, the early local pain, facial nerve paralysis, is seen in local invasion of surrounding tissue fixation and intraoral lesions, superficial ulcerations, especially participating in the table. Radical surgical approaches to the treatment of ACC, postoperative radiotherapy is preferred in order to prevent recurrence. In this case report 41 year old male patient in the right mandibular ramus in intraoral diagnosis and follow-up process of the literature review presented a case of ACC.
