Bu nitel araştırmanın temel amacı Avrupa Birliği Eğitim ve Gençlik Programları kapsamında yer alan Comenius Çok Taraflı Okul Ortaklıkları Projelerinin okullara katkısına ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerini ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmada fenomenoloji deseni kullanılmıştır. Bu kapsamda, Comenius Çoklu Okul Ortaklıkları Projelerine katılım gösteren okullarda görev yapan otuz öğretmen araştırmaya katılmıştır. Araştırmanın katılımcıları amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden aşırı/aykırı durum örneklemesi tekniği ile seçilmiştir. Araştırma verileri yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formları aracılığıyla toplanmış ve içerik analizi ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma bulguları Comenius Çok Taraflı Okul Ortaklıkları Projelerine ilişkin katılımcıların olumlu algılara sahip olduklarını ve katılımcıların kişisel/mesleki, sosyal, kültürel gelişimlerine ve yabancı dil öğrenmelerine büyük ölçüde katkıda bulunduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Bununla beraber, projelerin kurumsal düzeyde okullara sınırlı düzeyde katkıda bulunduğu ve bu katkıların da çoğunlukla projelerde aktif rol alan öğretmenler ve katılımcı okullar lehine olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu doğrultuda, Comenius projelerinin, katkılarını arttırmak için katılımcılar tarafından problem olarak ileri sürülen görüşlerin dikkate alınması gerekmektedir.
The main objective of this qualification research is to reveal teachers’ opinions about the contribution of the Comenius Multilateral School Partnership Projects to schools within the framework of the European Union Education and Youth Programs. The phenomenology is used in the study. In this context, the research was attended by thirty teachers working in schools that participate in the Comenius Multi-School Partnership Projects. The participants of the study were selected by the technique of excess/contrast sample methods for the purpose of sampling. The research data was collected through semi-configured interview forms and analyzed by content analysis. Research findings have shown that participants have positive perceptions about the Comenius Multilateral School Partnership Projects and that participants have contributed significantly to their personal/professional, social, cultural development and foreign language learning. However, it has been revealed that the projects have contributed limited levels to schools at the corporate level, and that these contributions are also in favour of teachers and participating schools that are mostly active in the projects. In this regard, the views of Comenius projects that the participants presented as a problem should be taken into account to increase their contribution.
