Abstract:

The conditions of the communication environment existing in organizations and the ability of employees to express themselves are a matter of importance for the organization. In the theoretical framework of this study, planned to identify the communication climate between employees and the employee voice relationship, the organizational communication climate and the employee voice concepts were studied to determine the components between the concepts. In the application section of the study, the aim is to identify the communication climate and voice relationship between the staff from the University staff’s perspective under the example of the University of Nine May. For this purpose, data collected through survey from 197 academic and administrative staff using the simple random sampling method, the data obtained from the SPSS package program 21. It is analyzed by version. Correlation analysis has been done to determine the relationship between the communication climate that university employees have detected and the vocality of the employee. Regression analysis has also been conducted to identify the impact of the organizational communication climate on the voice of the employee. The results of the analysis found a medium-level positive relationship between the communication climate that university employees perceived and the vocality of the employee. It is also concluded that the organizational communication climate levels of employees have an impact on the voice of employees. According to the research findings, it is noted the relationship between the appropriate communication climate and the ability to express their ideas in order to identify the production potential of employees in the universities, which are the organizations in the central state of information production.
