Bu çalışmada ülke genelindeki ilköğretim okullarında yapılandırmacı öğrenme anlayışına dayalı yeni ilköğretim programlarının uygulanmasında karşılaşılan teknolojik sorunların neler olduğunu öğretmen görüşleri açısından belirlemek araştırmanın temel problemini oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada, var olan durumu ortaya koymaya yönelik olarak tarama modeline dayalı betimsel yöntem kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma evrenini 2008-2009 öğretim yılında Türkiye genelinde görev yapan 573 ilköğretim öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada elde edilen veriler, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen “YİPTES” adlı ölçekle toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler SPSS paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular incelendiğinde cinsiyet değişkenine göre çalışmada ele alınan bütün boyutlarda öğretmen görüşleri arasında bir farklılığın olmadığı görülürken, diğer değişkenlerde “Öğretmenlerin görev yaptıkları il, mezun oldukları eğitim kurumu, meslekteki kıdem durumları ve öğretmenlik branşı” anlamlı ilişkiler saptanmıştır.
In this study it is aimed to determine the technological problems which are faced in the application process of the new constructivist program applied in the elementary schools in Turkey from the teachers’ point of view. In the study, qualitative procedure based on scan-based model is used in order to explain the present data. 573 elementary school teachers occupied in Turkey in 2008-2009 academic year constitute the subject of the study. The data got during the study are collected with “YIPTES” which is a scale developed by the researcher. The collected data is analyzed using the SPSS package program. Examining the findings, it is found that there are no differences among the teachers’ opinions according to the sex variable. However considering the other variables as the city the teachers work in, the educational backgrounds, the teachers’ length of service and their branches of study meaningful differences are recorded
