Abstract:

External resource use is one of the strategic decisions aimed at effectively managing and reducing costs of processes that will make the enterprise progress in line with its objectives and a competitive advantage. External resource use is a multi-critical decision-making problem with several suppliers and the assessment criteria we use in comparison of these suppliers. Today, use Corporate Resource Planning (CCP) software to manage all their functions by a system approach. The study proposed a multi-critical approach to the problem of the selection of the CCP software, which will be provided by the use of external resources, which includes uncertainty in the decision-making process. In determining the criteria weights that will be used in the assessment of alternatives in the proposed solution approach, the Shannon entropi method and the classification of alternatives have been used by the Bully TOPSIS, Bully GIA, Bully Death, Bully Aras, Bully Waspas, Bully Copras, Bully Edas methods. The rankings obtained from different multi-critical decision-making methods have been integrated and the final rankings of alternatives have been obtained. The proposed solution approach in the study was applied to the selection process of the CPC software suitable for the business with the use of external resources of an enterprise operating in the furniture industry and as a result the CPC software that is best suitable for the business was selected.
