Bu çalışma, demokratik siyasal rejimlerin tartışma götürmez unsurlarından biri olan siyasal partilerin “özgürlük” ve “demokrasi” ilke ve değerleri ile çeşitli toplumsal kimliklerin çatışma alanlarını ve tezatlıklarını tartışmaktadır. Özünde demokrasinin gelişimi ile özgürlük idealinin varlığı birbirlerine koşut olarak yükselmekte veya düşüş göstermektedir. Demokrasinin günümüzde en belirgin siyasal kurumu olarak siyasal partiler, bu çalışmanın temel kurumsal aktörüdür. Bununla birlikte siyasal partiler kurumsallaşma dinamiklerini lider odaklı ya da ideolojik odaklı olmak üzere temelde iki alan üzerinden şekillendirirler. Bu çalışmada Hollanda Özgürlük Partisi’nin (Partij Voor de Vrijheid-PVV) ve lideri Geert Wilders’ın siyasal söylemleri ve yaklaşımları, demokrasi ve özgürlük bağlamında birincil önemde değerlendirilmektedir. Böylece bu çalışma aynı zamanda siyasal partilerin demokratik niteliklerine aykırılıkları PVV örneğinde eleştirmektedir. Bu noktada ilgili siyasal partinin ve liderinin, Hollanda’daki birtakım toplumsal grupları, etnik ya da dinsel aidiyetleri bağlamında ele alırken temelde meşru kimlikleri, radikal kimlikler haline dönüştürme siyaseti izledikleri saptanmıştır. Bu süreç, hem kimlik çatışması hem de kimlik radikalleşmesi olmak üzere iki çerçevede yükseliş göstermiştir. Bu saptamalar, Wilders’ın sosyal medya hesaplarından biri üzerinden daha somut söylem analizi ile destekleyici bir şekilde tartışılmıştır.
This study discusses the conflict fields and facts of various social identities, with the principles and values of the political parties, which are one of the indisputable elements of democratic political regimes, and the principles and values of "freedom" and "democracy". In its essence, the development of democracy and the existence of the ideals of freedom are rise or falling to each other. Political parties, as the most prominent political institution of democracy today, are the main institutional actor of this work. However, political parties shape the corporate dynamics in two main areas: lead-oriented or ideological-oriented. This study evaluates the political speeches and approaches of the Dutch Freedom Party (Partij Voor de Vrijheid-PVV) and leader Geert Wilders in the context of democracy and freedom. So this study also criticizes the contradictions to the democratic qualities of political parties in the PVV example. At this point, the relevant political party and its leader, while addressing a number of social groups in the Netherlands in the context of ethnic or religious membership, found that they follow the policy of fundamentally transforming their legitimate identities into radical identities. This process has shown rise in two frameworks, both identity conflict and identity radicalization. These findings have been supportingly discussed with more concrete speech analysis through one of Wilders’ social media accounts.
